As parents to four young children, living in a house with wooden and laminate flooring in every ground floor room, keeping those floors suitably clean can be difficult. After recently expressing our annoyance at this on Twitter, we were kindly sent a sample of Zoflora to try out, as they felt it could be the answer to our problems.
I have to say I was skeptical. There are so many products on the shelves that claim to work all kinds of wonders around the home, but after using the Zoflora concentrated disinfectant first hand I have to say I am impressed. Not only were the grimy marks gone in a matter of seconds, but it gave the added bonus of a fresh flowery scent throughout the house – as opposed to the common, over-powering citrus that most cleaning products force upon you.
Getting the floors clean was a matter of urgency – our daughters’ joint party was imminent, and 13 young girls were soon to be gracing our home. After no less than four Black & Decker Steam Mops had failed us we were lost for ideas and didn’t think the good old fashioned mop and bucket would do at all, but adding just 10ml’s of Zoflora to 400ml’s of hot water made it so easy and effective. The floors were clean, looked polished and smelled lovely.
Zoflora can also be used to clean tiles, worktops, sinks, toilets, baths, taps, drains, dishcloths and – this one is very useful to us as parents too – potties! The concentrated disinfectant is available in more than ten different fragrances, too, so there is a Zoflora for everyone! If your home is in need of a good freshen up, get your Zoflora from your local Tesco, ASDA, Morrisons, Wilkinson, Sainsburys, or any of the top homeware retailers.
This post was published in return for the free product sample we received, but contains nothing less than our honest opinion.
